Prior to joining McCormick Barstow, Mr. Kazarin worked for a year and a half as a Law Clerk with the Law Offices of Jason L. Pintar. Mr. Kazarin assisted with representation for estate planning, probate, and family law issues.

Mr. Kazarin was also a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic and Bronco Entrepreneurs’ Applied Collaboration Hub, where he assisted start-up clients focusing on corporate structure matters, intellectual property concerns, and employment law.
