Sean E. Cortney
Mr. Cortney began practicing law in 2022. His practice focuses on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Since starting his career, Mr. Cortney has gained experience drafting coverage opinions, developing litigation strategy, engaging in motions practice, handling written discovery, taking Examinations Under Oath, and negotiating settlements. Within his first two years of practice, he successfully defended an appeal before the Ninth Circuit.
