Mr. Tovera joined McCormick Barstow LLP in 2025 as a member of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation practice group. During his time at UC Law, Mr. Tovera clerked at the San Francisco Superior Court for the Hon. Anne Costin. He also served as an intern for the UCSF–UC Health Law Consortium, representing low-income seniors as part of its Medical Legal Partnership.
