Dr. Foley joined McCormick Barstow’s Las Vegas office in 2026. She concentrates in insurance defense and employment law.
Jenny L. Foley, Ph.D.
Dr. Foley has defended large and small insurers since 2004 in both State and Federal court in Nevada, California, Texas and Kansas. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation from inception through appeal. Dr. Foley has also worked extensively in Employment Law, both in defending employers against wrongful termination and other claims and in a variety of Plaintiff’s actions involving claims of wrongful termination and civil rights violations.

Dr. Foley is admitted to practice in the States of Nevada in all Courts, and the State of California in all Courts and the US District Courts in both California and Nevada. She is also admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and State Bar of California.
Community Involvement
Dr. Foley volunteers with the German Shepherd Rescue of Arizona and enjoys providing free or very reduced legal services to the woodworking community in Nevada.
