Mr. Leatham joined McCormick Barstow’s Fresno office in 2022. He concentrates in Bankruptcy, Reorganization, Insolvency, Commercial Litigation and Transactions.

After graduating law school, Mr. Leatham worked as the judicial clerk to bankruptcy judge René Lastreto II in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California, Fresno Division for three years. After his clerkship, he entered private practice in 2020.

He is also licensed in Utah.
