Mr. Wade joined McCormick Barstow’s Fresno office in 2023. He concentrates in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, commercial transactions, commercial litigation, and tax controversies.
Prior to joining McCormick Barstow in 2023, Mr. Wade clerked for the Honorable René Lastreto II in the Fresno Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of California. During law school, Mr. Wade completed an externship with the United States Bankruptcy Court, worked in the McGeorge Community Legal Services Bankruptcy Clinic, and was a student researcher for the Civil Justice Association of California.

Mr. Wade concentrates in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, commercial transactions, commercial litigation, and tax controversies.
Mr. Wade is admitted by State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Wade is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association (San Joaquin Valley Chapter), the American Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association, and the Central California Bankruptcy Association. Mr. Wade also served on the Zoom Protocols Committee for the Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California, responsible for promulgating uniform protocols and procedures for Zoom and other telephonic appearances.
From 2023 to 2025, Mr. Wade served as an attorney coach for the Reedley High School Mock Trial Team and as a judge for California State University, Fresno’s intercollegiate mock trial competition. In addition, Mr. Wade was previously a youth tennis coach for and elected board member of the Visalia Community Tennis Association.
