McCormick Barstow Partner Timothy Sullivan will be a speaker at the California Lawyers Association’s Annual Meeting, to be held virtually on September 24-26, 2020.

Mr. Sullivan’s panel – “Is the Whole World on Fire? Hot Topics in Insurance” – will discuss COVID-19, wildfires, and privacy concerns from insurance regulatory and insurance litigation perspectives. Topics will also include recent theories advanced by insureds and insurers, as well as proposed legislation on these topics.

Other panels at the Annual Meeting include “Hearsay Update – What Every Lawyer Needs to Know,” and “Is Justice Really Blind? What is a Jury of One’s Peers?”
