Mr. Oller has been with McCormick Barstow since 1990. He has tried cases involving issues of discrimination, civil rights, harassment, crop loss, general negligence, retaliation, and wrongful termination. His representation of professionals has included attorneys, chiropractors, dentists, insurance agents, hospitals, and physicians.
Mr. Oller has handled a multitude of different employment matters, including the defense of class actions. He represents clients in State and Federal Court and at administrative hearings. He assists employers in the investigation of potential employment claims and provides training on employment related issues. Mr. Oller serves as a Judge Pro Tempore and mediator for the Fresno County Superior Court. He has served as an arbitrator for the Fresno County Attorney Fee Arbitration Program. He has handled numerous appeals in both State and Federal Court. He has been selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyers List for employment litigation.
Mr. Oller is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Oller is a member of the State Bar of California (Labor and Employment Law Section), the Federal Bar Association, California Society for Healthcare Risk Management, Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, and San Joaquin Valley Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL). Mr. Oller served on the Board of Directors of the Fresno County Bar Association from 2012-2017, and served as President in 2016. He is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association Pro Bono Services section where he served as Co-Chair from 2019-2022, and served on the Law Day Committee from 2013 to 2017. He is a member of both the Western and National Diocesan Attorneys Association.
Mr. Oller has served on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities from 2012-2018. He served on the Board of Directors for Break the Barriers from 2001-2012, and served as President from 2007-2009. He was a member of the Rotary Club of Fresno from 2006-2020. He has been a member of the Catholic Business & Professional Club since 1998, and served as President in 1999. Mr. Oller has previously served on the ad hoc Advisory Committee for Nancy Hinds Hospice (2000-2001) and the Advisory Board for Valley Public Radio (1999-2002).
Mr. Oller has lectured on employment, medical malpractice, and trial practice matters.
