Ms. Denno began her legal practice with McCormick Barstow in 2003. Ms. Denno has handled a wide array of insurance related litigation, including defense of insureds, appraisals, declaratory relief actions, and extra contractual bad faith suits. Ms. Denno currently serves as the chair of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith practice group.
Ms. Denno has developed a specialty in insurance fraud, both first and third party, including conducting examinations under oath and drafting coverage opinions addressing issues related to arson, cargo loss, burglary, vehicle accidents, theft, and bodily injury fraud. Ms. Denno also handles specialty litigation defense matters, including auto negligence, trucking defense, premises liability, trade secret misappropriation and other general litigation. Ms. Denno is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts and U.S. District Courts of California, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Ms. Denno is also a member of Western States Auto Theft Investigtors Association, Central Valley Chapter, the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association, and the California Conference of Arson Investigators.

She was selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyers list in 2017-2023 for her primary practice areas of Insurance and Personal Injury-Defense, and was previously included in the Northern California Rising Star list in 2013.
