Ms. Julian is a trial attorney that has handled all aspects of a family law case. This includes Child Custody Recommending Counseling (also known as “Custody Mediation”), economic hearings, restraining orders, guardianships, settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations and trials. Ms. Julian provides legal counsel to those that may have an amicable resolution of their case needing legal guidance and drafting of an agreement. She also provides legal counsel in high asset, high conflict cases where clients may need extensive discovery, motion work and litigation. Ms. Julian has extensive experience drafting and negotiating premarital and post marital agreements. She works closely with Partners in the estate planning group so as to provide clients with the best possible tools in planning their marital union and/or divorce planning. 

Ms. Julian is certified by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Family Law. She is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, all U.S. District Courts in California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
