Ms. Abunales is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines and licensed attorney in California and the Philippines, with over a decade of experience in corporate, transactional, tax, and regulatory matters. Her experience includes corporate and commercial transactions, tax controversy and litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, she advised clients across the private and public sectors and gained experience in legislative and administrative law, including tax legislation and regulatory policy.
