Prior to joining McCormick Barstow, Mr. Winkler interned with Thailand’s oldest law firm, Tilleke and Gibbins, in the dispute resolution department. Also during law school, Mr. Winkler coached Thammasat University Law School’s Willem C. Vis Moot international commercial arbitration team. In addition, Mr. Winkler interned in the judicial law clerk’s office for the Brown County Courthouse in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Mr. Winkler is admitted to practice in Wisconsin (since 2024), all California State Courts (since 2025), and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of California (since 2025).
