Ms. Gordon began representing healthcare providers immediately after passing the Bar, in both litigation matters and regulatory board proceedings. She obtained both her undergraduate and law degrees with honors. Ms. Gordon joined McCormick Barstow in 2022 to continue representation of healthcare providers and medical facilities.
For nearly two decades, Ms. Gordon has focused her practice on the defense of medical practitioners and facilities. She has successfully tried several cases to jury verdict on behalf of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Ms. Gordon also regularly represents healthcare practitioners in arbitrations, mediations, and matters pending before regulatory boards. Ms. Gordon is passionate about protecting healthcare providers during the litigation process and allowing practitioners to maintain a focus on the practice of medicine.

Ms. Gordon is admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada, before the Supreme Court of Nevada, the United States District Court-District of Nevada, and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. Ms. Gordon has also served as an arbitrator and mediator for the Fee Dispute Committee of the State Bar of Nevada.
