Through his Family Law practice, Mr. Hunt has successfully represented many individuals in divorces with high-asset estates involving complex legal issues including separate property claims, community/separate property characterization, complex tracing analysis, business valuation, equitable apportionment, imputation of income and issues of support.  Mr. Hunt and the Family Law team at McCormick Barstow are ready to address the most contentious issues in family law, including child custody and visitation, domestic violence, breach of fiduciary duties, and division of property. 

Mr. Hunt has also extensively practiced in the defense of other professionals including representing lawyers, physicians/hospitals, and accountants facing malpractice claims. Likewise, he has represented these professionals in actions against their licenses and various other claims. 

Mr. Hunt is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
