Sullivan has updated a chapter in the continuing legal education treatise entitled Construction Contracts, Defects and Litigation, published by Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), a publishing company founded by the University of California and the State Bar of California.

This book is a comprehensive guide for drafting and negotiating construction contracts and handling construction defects litigation, and covers theories of liability, damages and defenses. The chapter which Mr. Sullivan updated is entitled Insurance and Express Indemnity. He originally authored the chapter in 2008.
