Sullivan has updated a chapter in the continuing legal education treatise entitled Construction Contracts, Defects and Litigation, published by Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), a publishing company founded by the University of California and the State Bar of California.

 

Founded in 1947, CEB is committed to the professional development of California lawyers. This book is a comprehensive guide for drafting and negotiating construction contracts and handling construction defects litigation, and covers theories of liability, damages and defenses. The chapter which Mr. Sullivan updated is entitled Insurance and Express Indemnity. He originally authored the chapter in 2008.

 

Mr. Sullivan has previously authored chapters for four other books published by CEB: California Title Insurance Practice (2d ed Cal CEB 1997); California Real Property Sales Transactions (4th ed Cal CEB 2007); Office Leasing: Drafting and Negotiating the Lease (Cal CEB 1996); and California Real Estate Brokers: Law and Litigation (Cal CEB 2008).
