Experience

After graduating from the University of California Davis, School of Law, in 1987, Kenneth A. Baldwin joined McCormick Barstow as an associate. Mr. Baldwin became a partner with the firm in 1993. Mr. Baldwin represents clients on all types of business, corporate, real estate, probate, and estate planning matters. He acts as general counsel for corporations, general and limited partnerships, and family operated farming and ranching businesses. Mr. Baldwin also advises clients on trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets protection.

Mr. Baldwin is admitted in California, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, and U.S. Tax Court.

Professional Associations

Mr. Baldwin is a member of the State Bar of California and Fresno County Bar Association (Trust, Probate, and Estate Planning Section over which he served as chairman in 2000).
