Concentrating in Civil Litigation with emphasis on General Negligence, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Construction Defect, and Personal Injury Claims. Further, Mr. Cannon represents insurers in their handling of questionable or suspicious claims.
ExperienceMr. Cannon began his legal career in Chicago, Illinois, focusing in the area of insurance defense litigation, first party examinations under oath and fraud investigations. In his years of practice, Mr. Cannon has tried numerous jury trials and has handled hundreds of bench trials, binding arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Cannon joined McCormick Barstow as an associate in September 2002.
Mr. Cannon served in the US Army National Guard for 14 years where he held the rank of Captain. He was honorably discharged in 2004.
Mr. Cannon is admitted to practice Law before all Nevada, Illinois, and Washington state courts; US District Court, District of Nevada; US District Court, Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of Illinois; US District Court, Western and Eastern Districts of Washington.

Community InvolvementMr. Cannon’s primary community involvement centers around his work with the Clark County Senior Law Project, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nevada, and volunteering at Opportunity Village.
