ExperienceMs. Mason joined McCormick Barstow in 2010. Prior to joining the firm she worked in the Corporate Legal Department of a Cincinnati-based insurer offering specialized property and casualty commercial insurance coverages. In this capacity, Ms. Mason monitored extra-contractual claims and supervised bad faith and complex litigation. She advised the Company’s Product Development and Compliance group and drafted policy forms and endorsements for Umbrella, Commercial General Liability, Excess & Surplus, Commercial Property, Commercial Auto, Inland Marine and Worker’s Compensation products.
Ms. Mason is admitted to practice before all California and Ohio Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
