ExperienceMr. Fahy began his legal practice with McCormick Barstow in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fahy served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright, U.S. District Court Judge for the Central District of California. From 2007-2009, he served as a research assistant to Pepperdine University School of Law Dean and former Solicitor General and D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Kenneth W. Starr. Before attending law school, Mr. Fahy served as a Research Assistant in the Office of Speechwriting at the White House, where he was responsible for planning, researching and fact-checking the President’s speeches.
Mr. Fahy is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Central Districts of California.
