ExperienceSince joining McCormick Barstow in 2006, Ms. Carli has focused her practice on insurance defense and bad faith litigation. Prior to her employment with McCormick Barstow, she practiced for seventeen years in San Francisco where she specialized in commercial litigation, business torts, real estate and landlord tenant law, bankruptcy and appeals. Ms. Carli has extensive experience in litigation and appellate work, and is a skilled negotiator. She has appeared in both state and federal courts throughout the Bay Area. Ms. Carli currently represents both insurers and insureds and handles a wide-array of insurance-related litigation, including first and third party coverage litigation, and declaratory relief and extra contractual actions.
Ms. Carli is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, all U.S. District Courts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
