Mr. Browne concentrates in tort, product liability, premise liability and personal injury matters. He has handled numerous binding and non-binding arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences.

Experience

Mr. Browne joined the Nevada Practice Group of McCormick Barstow in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Browne was a legal extern for the Honorable Jonathan H. Schwartz, Superior Court Judge in Maricopa County. Further, Mr. Browne was a law clerk at Scottsdale City Hall.

Mr. Browne is admitted to practice before all Nevada State courts.
