McCormick Barstow’s newest office is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This location allows us to better service our clients in the Midwest and the East Coast.

Leading this office will be Patrick Fredette, who recently chaired the firm's Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group. His diverse practice spans both litigated and non-litigated matters which include the representation in contractual and extra contractual disputes under all forms of insurance policies, as well as advice given to clients regarding insurance issues arising from various claims. In addition, Mr. Fredette also counsels clients on additional insured issues and allocation claims between insurers.

Mr. Fredette is admitted to practice law in Ohio, California, Washington and Idaho.
