MCCORMICK BARSTOW ANNOUNCES NEWEST MEMBERS OF THE AMERICAN BOARD OF TRIAL ADVOCATES
Fresno, CA (February 7, 2013) – McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte & Carruth LLP is pleased to announce Mr. David R. McNamara and Mr. Timothy R. Sullivan have been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an exclusive and prestigious national organization of judges and civil trial lawyers. ABOTA’s membership constitutes a “Who’s Who” of trial lawyers in the U.S. Membership is by invitation only. To be considered for ABOTA candidacy, the applicant must possess a wealth of trial experience that few attorneys achieve, and be approved by votes of the local Chapter and National Board.
